On 16 July 2026, the PRA issued a Final Notice to HDI Global SE (FRN 230072). For the reasons given in the Final Notice, the PRA imposed a financial penalty of £4.165 million for breaching: PRA Fundamental Rule 2 (A firm must conduct its business with due skill, care and diligence) and PRA Fundamental Rule 6 (A firm must organise and control its affairs responsibly and effectively) between 13 August 2021 and 31 August 2024. A copy of the Final Notice can be found on the Bank of England’s website and can be accessed.
