The Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) has imposed a financial penalty of £99,200 on Infinox Capital Limited (Infinox).                                                                                                                                                                                   The reason for this action is because between 1 October 2022 and 31 March 2023, the FCA considers that Infinox breached Article 26(1) of MiFIR by failing to submit any transaction reports to the FCA in relation to single-stock contract-for-difference transactions executed through one of its corporate brokerage accounts.            Infinox admitted liability for this breach and agreed to settle, qualifying for a 30% discount.   The FCA’s action took effect on [insert date] and a copy of the Final Notice is displayed on the FCA's website and can be accessed.

The Financial Ombudsman Service only publishes complaint figures for firms with 30 or more new complaints in six months, so there are none here for this firm.
