    On 15 September 2010, the FSA imposed a financial penalty of £28,000 on Robert Peter Yarr (Director of McClelland Yarr Financial Services Limited) for failing to act with due skill, care and diligence in carrying out his controlled functions. Which led to failures in respect of recommendations to customers whom he personally advised to invest in Lehman-backed structured products.
