Sky Blue will not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, accept as a client of the Firm, and/or otherwise provide any services to, any clients currently or formerly advised by Comet Wealth. Sky Blue will not, without the prior written consent of the Authority, engage or employ the services of any current or former director(s)/adviser(s) of Comet Wealth in any capacity. Effective date The requirements in this application are to take effect immediately upon the Firm becoming authorised and upon their acceptance by the Authority, as notified to the Firm via email. These restrictions will remain in effect until the Authority approves an application by Sky Blue to have these restrictions removed, having demonstrated to the Authority’s satisfaction that it is continuing to satisfy Threshold Conditions in relation to all the regulated activities for which it has Part 4A permission.
