    The Financial Services Authority (the FSA) has fined Rowan Dartington & Co Limited, of Colston Tower, Colston Street, Bristol BS1 4RD (the Firm) £511,000 for breaches of Principle 10 (Clients' assets) and Principle 2 (Skill, care and diligence) of the FSA's Principles for Business and related rules of the Client Assets sourcebook. The breaches related to the Firm's handling of client money between 13 May 2007 and 16 September 2009. The FSA's action took effect on 4 June 2010 and a copy of the Final Notice which sets out the reason for the action is displayed on the FSA's web site and can be accessed.
