The firm must provide written notification to the FCA if it intends to provide regulated claims management activity other than in relation to Mis Sold PCP claims. Effective Date 3. The Requirements are to take effect immediately upon notification by the Authority to will@mis-sold-pcp.com. It will remain in place from that date (the “Effective Date”) until the Authority agrees to cancel or vary the Requirements following successful application by the Firm. PUBLICATION 4. The firm consents to the Requirements being published by the Authority in any manner the Authority sees fit, including in the Authority's Financial Services Register.
