William Alty & Sons Limited (the “Firm”) applies under section 55L(5)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) for the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA”) to impose the following requirement (the “Requirement”) on the Part 4A permission of the Firm as set out in the terms below. Requirement: Trust surplus withdrawals 1. The Firm will notify the FCA prior to any withdrawal of trust surpluses proposed under FPCOB 3.2.12, from The Alty Funeral Service Trust. The Firm will not make any such withdrawals without obtaining prior written consent from the FCA. Interpretation 2. In this Requirement terms have the same meaning as in the FCA Handbook, unless otherwise stated.
