(c) Inform the FCA as soon as practicable should it become aware of any issue which may materially impact negatively on its own complaint handling or the PPI complaints handling procedure between the respective companies pursuant to Complaints Handling Agreement. (d)Ensure that any backlog of PPI complaints for which J D Williams will be dealing with in accordance with the Complaints Handling Agreement is addressed by 9 November 2018.( (e) Provide the FCA in writing with monthly data in the format set out at: https://www.fca.org.uk/firms/regulatory-reporting/ppi-reporting-form Such monthly reports should include those PPI complaints that the firm is required to report under DISP 1.10. Such monthly reports to be provided to the PPI team at the Authority by email by the end of month following the reporting date. (f) Inform the FCA of any FOS adjudication or decision of which the FCA would reasonably expect notice.
